Who is Seeker?
Seeker Realty is a boutique commercial real estate company founded in 2018. We represent clients from small businesses to mid-size companies. We are well verse in sales, leasing, and buyer/tenant representation.
Seeker Realty is built on a simple foundation: clients first.
Whether you are a seasoned investor or a new investor, market knowledge and clear guidance are the keys to a successful deal. We don’t view our clients as one-off transactions. We build long-term relationships grounded in transparency, ensuring our clients feel confident and well informed before making any moves.

Our Story
Seeker Realty began with a simple question. Why do growing businesses get less guidance on one of their largest expenses?
Rent or a property purchase often ranks second only to payroll on a company's books. Yet owners of small and mid-size firms were signing leases with little support, facing landlords backed by seasoned agents and legal teams. We saw good businesses locked into bad terms, and investors buying on incomplete numbers.
So we built a firm around those clients. We started with a handful of relationships and grew through referrals, one deal at a time. Each client brought new lessons from new property types, new markets, and new negotiations.
Today our work spans medical offices, restaurants, retail storefronts, flex spaces, and investment properties. The question behind our founding still guides every conversation. What does this client need to succeed, and how do we get them there?
Our Team
Your Next Partners
Huy Dang
Huy Dang is a Houston native, born and raised in the city he still calls home.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Huy has spent nearly two decades in commercial real estate. In 2018 he founded Seeker Realty, where he focuses on healthcare transactions.
When he is not closing deals, Huy is collecting passport stamps around the world. Back in Houston, you will find him on his bike, working his way through restaurant menus across the city, or tending to the 80 house plants in his Montrose-area home.
An Dang
An Dang has called the Houston area home since he was five years old. As they say, "He wasn't born in Texas, but he got here as fast as he could."
A graduate of Sam Houston State University with both a BBA and MBA, An has spent most of his career in commercial real estate, focused on property management and development accounting since 2009. For six years he stepped into a different industry, serving as a project accountant and financial controller over the Latin America region for a UK-based power and temperature control solutions company. In 2024 he returned to his roots and joined Seeker Realty, with a focus on healthcare-related commercial real estate leasing and acquisitions.
Outside of work, An values time with family and friends wherever they happen to be. He is devoted to his three dogs, Harry, Ginny, and Remus. Any Harry Potter fan in the room will get the reference.
How we measure success
Closing a deal is the start. We judge our work by what happens next. Did the space support your growth? Did the investment perform as projected? Did you call us again for the next one? Referrals and repeat clients are the scoreboard we care about.

At Seeker Realty, success is measured by more than transactions and square footage. Our company believes in the power of giving back to the Texas community by supporting a range of organizations and causes across the communities where we work, from nonprofits serving local families to small businesses in the towns we call home.

In May 2026, Huy and An served as co-chairs of Abandoned Little Angels' 24th Annual Gala, with Seeker Realty also serving as a leading sponsor of the event. Their involvement reflects a shared commitment to ALA's mission of supporting children in need across Vietnam and the Greater Houston area.

The Merge Barbershop Golf Tournament, sponsored by Seeker Realty, was held at the Forest Creek golf course in April 2025 to help support local small businesses located in the central Texas town of Hutto.
